1. Shipment Processing Time

• All standard orders are processed immediately upon placement 

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Free Shipping: All orders ship completely free with no hidden fees at checkout.
• Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with standard delivery taking approximately 7 business days.
• SkyBuddy Item: Due to special handling or fulfillment, the SkyBuddy has an estimated delivery time of 7 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages At Pristine Paws we ensure your items arrive safely. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, our support team will take care of you.
